Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request if it is made after this period. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the item being different from your expectations or a change of mind. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used.

Return Period
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, feel free to contact us via email before placing your order. For incorrect or defective items, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged or soiled while in your possession.

Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Please note that under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method, import duties and taxes are included in the product price. In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer preference, these duties and taxes are non-refundable.
