When using a credit card

When you place an order, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and the payment will be processed in real time. Depending on the result, you may not be able to use credit card payment. Credit cards issued overseas may not be used. Please note.

*We only accept credit cards in the name of the person who placed the order.

 

Withdrawal

From the next month onwards, payments will be based on the rules of each credit card company.

Duties and Taxes

Product prices shown on our website include any applicable customs duties and taxes. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Japan, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
We also ship to other countries where shipping destinations can be selected during checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)
You pay for your order directly to the delivery personnel upon receipt.

  • A handling fee will be charged based on your order amount.
  • COD may not be available in certain mountainous areas or remote islands where Sagawa Express devices cannot be used. In such cases, please use a credit card to place your order.
  • If you cancel your order without notice or valid reason, refuse delivery, or are repeatedly absent, you may no longer be eligible to use COD.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order in such cases. To proceed, please reorder with a credit card or visit a physical store. Please note that item availability cannot be guaranteed if it sells out in the meantime.

¥1,100 for remote islands or certain areas
Free shipping on orders over ¥11,000 (tax included)

Flat rate: ¥880 nationwide
¥1,100 for remote islands or certain areas
Free shipping on orders over ¥11,000 (tax included)


International Shipping
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region.
