Cash on Delivery (COD)
You pay for your order directly to the delivery personnel upon receipt.
- A handling fee will be charged based on your order amount.
- COD may not be available in certain mountainous areas or remote islands where Sagawa Express devices cannot be used. In such cases, please use a credit card to place your order.
- If you cancel your order without notice or valid reason, refuse delivery, or are repeatedly absent, you may no longer be eligible to use COD.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order in such cases. To proceed, please reorder with a credit card or visit a physical store. Please note that item availability cannot be guaranteed if it sells out in the meantime.
